These terms apply when you use Soulstamp, run by SoulStamp, 4 Silvertown Way, London, United Kingdom.

What Soulstamp is

Soulstamp is a playful, entertainment-only guide inspired by the traditional Four Pillars of Destiny. It is not financial, medical, legal or dating advice, it does not predict the future, and it does not guarantee that you will meet anyone listed. The matches and timing windows are for fun and conversation.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or over and enter birthdays for yourself and for the purpose of the reading.

Prices and payment

The prices shown at checkout are the prices you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe. Each reading is a one-off purchase with no subscription.

Digital content

Your reading is delivered straight away once payment is confirmed. By paying, you agree that it starts immediately, which means you lose your 14-day right to cancel for digital content once it has been delivered. See our refund policy for when we will still refund you.

Acceptable use

Do not use Soulstamp to harass anyone, to collect other people's details, or to attempt to access the service in ways that were not intended.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot legally be limited. Otherwise, we are not liable for decisions you make based on a reading, and our total liability is limited to the price you paid for that reading.

Law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
