Privacy policy
Last updated 25 October 2026
Soulstamp is run by SoulStamp, 4 Silvertown Way, London, United Kingdom. Contact: katherineairalo0@gmail.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under UK GDPR.
What we collect
- The birthday, optional time of birth, gender and preferred gender, and the year range you enter to get your matches.
- Payment details, which are taken and held by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- A short-lived browser cookie (soulstamp_checkout) that proves you are the person who paid, so your reading can be shown to you.
Why we use it
To calculate your matches and show your reading (performance of the contract), to take payment (contract), and to keep the service secure and working (legitimate interests). We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.
Who we share it with
Stripe, which processes payments, and Cloudflare, which hosts the website. Both act on our instructions under their own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
Your input is used to calculate your reading and is not kept in a database. Payment records are kept by Stripe for the period required by law. The checkout cookie lasts up to 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, and object to or restrict how it is used. Email katherineairalo0@gmail.com and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
We use only the strictly necessary checkout cookie described above. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Children
Soulstamp is for people aged 18 and over.
